I wrote The Awakening Trilogy first. It was my start as a novelist. I learned the craft while building Rockport, the legend, and the friendships that carry through these books.
I drafted the core story in late nights. Each scene pushed me to improve. The voice grew with the characters. The cliff, the lighthouse, and the cold tide became the heartbeat of my work.
